SHIPPING POLICY Thank you for shopping with PawEaseβ’. ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

ORDER TRACKING Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 1-3 business days to update. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES PawEaseβ’ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
